Each order is packaged carefully with lots of love and shipped from St. Augustine, Florida. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Most packages arrive within 2-4 days (domestic) from the time of shipping. If you need your order by a certain date or require express shipping, please get in touch to make arrangements.

Original Paintings ship as soon as the paints and varnish are cured enough to package. The timeline for this is typically 1-2 weeks for acrylic paintings and 3-6 weeks for oil paintings.

Shipping

U.S orders (ceramics and prints) are shipped via USPS Priority with a $10 flat rate and include tracking and insurance. Please refer to individual listing of Original Paintings for the shipping rate.

International, kindly note that shipping charges may vary from the amount you pay at checkout. Please get in touch if you have any questions or to receive a shipping quote. International orders are shipped via USPS International. Shipping costs are determined based on the price, dimensions, and weight of the items purchased, as well as the shipping destination.

International shipping typically takes between 2-3 weeks. However, please note that USPS cannot guarantee delivery dates on international orders. Please keep in mind that your order may be held at customs for inspection and you may be charged a customs fee, import tax, or similar. I encourage you to check the customs laws and regulations in your country as these fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Shipping costs cover fees, packaging supplies, time, and labor.

Returns

Please know that it is my goal for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Each order is handled with utmost care and with as much transparency as possible. Please take the time to read the descriptions carefully and keep in mind that variations in size, shape, color and glaze consistency may occur as each piece is individually handcrafted in-studio, making each piece unique and truly one of a kind. 

Due to the nature and delicacy of the artwork, all sales are final. However, exceptions are made in the unlikely event that damage is incurred during shipping. If this happens, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. Be sure to provide your order number and detailed images of the damage. Once your item has been approved for replacement, I will ship your replacement. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Gift cards are not eligible for a refund.
