Shipping & Details
I’m not currently accepting commissions at this time. I do, however, create artwork throughout the year so be sure to subscribe to my newsletter to stay up to date. My email list gets early access to each piece and collection. You can subscribe below.
I highly encourage framing your artwork! The perfect frame will not only protect your art, but it will enhance the artwork, giving it an even more beautiful presence in your space. If you'd like your artwork to arrive framed and ready to hang, please get in touch. Each custom frame is made by hand in the U.S, using only high-quality materials and great attention to detail.
All artwork is handled with utmost care, packaged carefully with lots of love, and shipped from the coast of Maine.
Ceramics are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Prints are made to order and are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Original Paintings are shipped as soon as the paints and varnish are cured enough to package. Please note, oil paintings take a substantial amount of time to dry. I will not ship a painting before it is ready to be tightly packaged (typically 4-6 weeks from painting completion).
Canvas artwork is wrapped in paper, well-padded, and sent in a sturdy cardboard box. Prints, paper, and un-stretched canvas originals are packaged beautifully (and carefully) and sent in a sturdy flat mailer or rolled and sent in a sturdy tube. Most artwork ships via USPS or UPS.
Artwork larger than 40" is removed from the canvas stretcher and rolled safely in a sturdy tube. If you prefer to ship your large painting fully stretched, we will arrange a freight service to expertly handle and deliver the painting.
Domestic Shipping — U.S orders typically ship via USPS or UPS and include tracking and insurance. Packages typically arrive within 2-4 days from shipment date.
International Shipping — I'm happy to ship internationally! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and distance. Shipping costs reflect fees, packaging supplies, time, and labor. Kindly note that shipping charges may vary from the amount you pay at checkout. If shipping costs estimated at checkout is not equal to the actual cost of shipping, you will be billed for the overage amount.
International packages typically arrive in 2-3 weeks. However, please keep in mind that international tracking can be a bit unreliable and is outside of my control. Your order may be held at customs for inspection and you may be charged a customs fee, import tax, or similar. I encourage you to check the customs laws and regulations in your country as these fees are the responsibility of the buyer. That being said, I have mailed artwork all over the world with great success!
Returns & Exchanges
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Artwork is listed with as much detail and clarity as possible and each package is handled with utmost care.
While I do my best to color correct each image, I cannot account for differences in monitor quality and setup, so colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. If you are concerned about colors, I recommend checking the colors on multiple screens. Please take the time to read the descriptions carefully and keep in mind that variations in color, size, shape, and/or glaze consistency may occur as each ceramic piece is individually handcrafted in-studio, and truly one of a kind.
I am not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS or UPS, domestically or internationally), and am not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery.
Original Art: All sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.
Prints: All sales are final. However, if your print meets the requirements noted below, you can exchange it for another print. You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange, paying any difference in price, and will be charged a 20% restocking fee based on the price of the original print(s) being exchanged. Print orders can only be cancelled if the print has not yet been printed as all print orders are "made to order". Please note, prints are sometimes printed immediately so there is no guarantee that you will be able to cancel your order.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange. Please open and check your print immediately upon receiving it. Print exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery. If you do not reach out within 7 days, the return will not be accepted. The artwork cannot be damaged and must be in original packaging. In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the above listed criteria is not met, I reserve the right to refuse the exchange. To complete your exchange, I will require proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase, I will not accept the exchange.
Please note, only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs with regards to the return as well as the shipping costs for the new order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
I will not provide an exchange for artwork that is damaged in transit due to poor packaging. If the artwork is found damaged or used beyond what it takes to resell, the exchange will not be accepted. All exchanges will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
