With a conscious concern for our mama earth, each order is packaged carefully with lots of love and shipped from St. Augustine, Florida (U.S) using recyclable and biodegradable materials. Orders are processed and shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays.


Domestic orders are shipped via USPS with a $10 flat rate and include tracking and insurance. Free shipping is included on orders over $100 within the U.S. 


International orders are shipped via USPS International. Shipping costs are determined based on the price, dimensions, and weight of the items purchased, as well as the shipping destination. International shipping generally takes between 7-21 days. However, please note that USPS cannot guarantee delivery dates on international orders. 


If you need your order by a certain date or require express shipping, please get in touch to make arrangements.


Please know that it is my goal for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Each order is handled with utmost care and with as much transparency as possible. Please take the time to read the descriptions carefully and keep in mind that variations in size, shape, color and glaze consistency may occur as each piece is individually handcrafted in-studio, making each piece unique and truly one of a kind. 

Due to the nature and delicacy of the artwork, all sales are final. However, exceptions are made in the unlikely event that damage is incurred during shipping. If this happens, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your package. Be sure to provide your order number and detailed images of the damage. Once your item has been approved for replacement, I will ship your replacement. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
